Solid structure made of an electro-welded plate having strong thickness.
Two independent motors with power 3000 + 3000 W.
Electric board composed of two inverters.
Possibility of independently adjusting the rotation speed of the two motors (from 300 to 3000 RPM), by means of a two separated control boards separated one to the other and positioned on the top of the motor body.
Continuous cooling system to keep cold the inverters and the two motors too.
Each motor is provided with an electromagnetic brake, which automatically releases as the motor is switched on. It is useful during brush replacement operations.
Telescopic safety protection shaft.
Can be used with brushes from 20 mm up to 100 mm.
It is studied to work on three working shifts (24 hours per day).

Because of all the different usage situations foreseen, the machine is provided with no protecting guards of brushes and suction plant. The final user shall address to a specialized company in order to have a suitable protection system for brushes and an efficient suction plant. This company shall issue, at the end of its intervention, a suitable conformity certification for the work carried out.
